Latest live news: Home Minister Amit Shah will give a statement in Parliament today about Nagaland, where security forces killed more than a dozen people when they mistook them to be militants.
One soldier died in riots by protesters enraged by the killings in Mon district Saturday evening. The Nagaland government has set up a probe and Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio visited Mon today and attended the funeral service of the civilians.
