WARREN — Mary Elaine Bowles Reich, formerly of Warren, died Christmas Eve, Dec. 24, 2021, at Bria Skilled Nursing and Rehab Center in Geneva, Ill., of complications of Parkinson’s disease.
Mary was a 1963 graduate of Warren G. Harding High School and retired as assistant vice president of Second National Bank of Warren.
Mary met her husband of 54 years, Robert P. Reich Sr., after Mass at St. Mary Church.
Mary loved to laugh and had many grand adventures with her friends and family. Her heart and kitchen were always open for a cup of tea and conversation.
She leaves behind two sons, Bob Jr. (Carrie) and David (Jane); and daughter, Jennifer (Elaine); her sister, Patty Bippen of Indiana; sisters-in-law, Judy O’Connor of Pittsburgh and Marjorie Bowles of Niles, Mich.; seven grandchildren, Ryan, Colin, Owen, Isabella, Nick, Olivia and Frankie; as well as beloved nieces and nephews; in addition, she leaves behind many dear friends including Zoe, Cecilia, Lois, Rena and Lucy.
Her husband, Bob, and her brother, John, preceded her in death.
A Mass and celebration of her life will be held at a later date in Warren. Her final resting place will be All Souls Cemetery in Bazetta.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in her memory be made to The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research or a local charity of your choice.
