Pippa Middleton is admired by many for her impeccable style and slim figure. She famously made headlines at Kate Middleton’s 2011 wedding for her fantastic figure in her Maid of Honour Sarah Burton dress. But how does the younger sister of the Duchess of Cambridge stay in such good shape?
Pippa Middleton has two children, Arthur, who is three, and Grace who is 10 months old.
She always looks stunning when she is spotted around her neighbourhood in London.
Kate’s younger sister definitely manages to stay in shape despite her busy life being “a hands-on mummy”.

In an interview in association with sportswear brand Hoka One last year, Pippa opened up about her passion for exercise and how motherhood has changed her approach to fitness.
She said: “More recently, over the past two years, family life and motherhood has consumed much of my spare time and unsurprisingly the challenges I thrived on have taken a back seat.
“Running and fitness still form part of my weekly routine but not to the level it was before.
“I suppose, my running has been more after babies and toddlers than crossing finish lines, which I’m fine with — for now!
DON’T MISS:
“Through both pregnancies, I have tried to keep fit and strong, for the physical benefits but also for the mental and emotional reboot it gives me.
“Being active with my two and a half-year-old son in the park or playground, transporting him on the back of my bike and buggy running when he was a baby have been ways in which I have been able to include outdoor exercise whilst being a hands-on mummy.”
Pippa has previously explained that she “can’t start the day properly” unless she has breakfast.
She said her breakfasts are often “lots of porridge or boiled eggs with soldiers”.

However, Pippa explained she also enjoys other kinds of breakfast.
“My usual breakfast is either plain yoghurt with chopped fruit and toasted seeds, oats and nuts or toasted rye bread with eggs or avocado,” Pippa told i newspaper on another occasion.
She also said she enjoys “Bircher muesli with fresh berries on top – you can even make a batch for the whole week”.
Pippa said in her Waitrose column: “I grew up with the belief that good health is about moderation in all things, so I’ll be celebrating healthy living through exercise, a balanced diet and a little of the naughty stuff sprinkled in.
“I’m talking chocolate, crisps and an occasional glass of wine.”

She continued: “I’ve never done Dukan, attempted Atkins or exercised religiously seven days a week but I do believe in making healthy choices.
“For instance, keeping refined carbs such as white bread and pasta to a minimum, and sticking to sensible portion sizes.”
Pippa also revealed that her secret weapon is exercise, and has found ways around exercising as a new mother.
She previously revealed: “I worked out for 45 minutes, three or four times a week, depending on my energy levels but ensured that the routines I did were lighter than usual.”
In addition to her out-of-doors activity, she regularly attends classes for “Barrecore, strength and conditioning, Pilates or yoga.”
