One person is dead and a suspect is at large after a shooting overnight in South Salt Lake.
The shooting happened outside the Southern X-posure strip club in the area of 3400 South and State Street shortly after midnight.
Danielle Croyle, public information officer with South Salt Lake Police Department, said a man in his mid 20s is dead.
The victim was reportedly discovered shot outside the club and was transported to the hospital, where he later died from his injuries.
A male believed to be the shooter fled the area, but police were unable to confirm a description of the individual.
Additional details on the shooting was not immediately available.
Police are asking anyone with information about the shooting to call 801-840-4000.
