Utah Highway Patrol has confirmed two people have died following a head-on-type crash in Grand County.
The crash happened Tuesday morning on State Road 191 near milepost 154, approximately four miles south of Interstate 70.
Sgt. Roden with UHP said the two drivers of the involved vehicles died in the crash.
A Tweet from UHP noted that the crash involved two semis that are blocking both directions northbound and southbound.
Crews plan on opening at least one lane to alternating traffic.

An investigation into the crash is still ongoing.
UHP is urging drivers to use alternate routes to avoid the crash scene if possible.
