Utah Highway Patrol has confirmed two people have died following a head-on-type crash in Grand County.
The crash happened Tuesday morning on State Road 191 near milepost 154, approximately four miles south of Interstate 70.

A Tweet from UHP noted that the crash involved two semis that are blocking both directions northbound and southbound.
Crews plan on opening at least one lane to alternating traffic.
