In his 15 years in financial services, Ross has also served as Executive Risk and Compliance Officer for Walter Investment Management Corporation and Chief Compliance and Regulatory Counsel for Black Knight, Inc. Gloudeman received his bachelor’s degree and law degree from the University of Wisconsin. He is admitted to practice law in Wisconsin. Ross currently resides in Lake Tomahawk, WI.

She is also a nationally recognized speaker to groups of title & settlement providers, lenders, realtors and attorneys.

Mary joined RamQuest in 2008 as Director of Operations; in 2009 she was appointed as an original member of the American Land Title Association’s RESPA Implementation Task Force. In 2010 she moved into the role of Vice President of Regulatory Affairs at RamQuest while at the same time serving as President of op2 (a cloud hosting provider for title & settlement agents). RamQuest appointed Mary CPO and EVP of Regulatory Affairs in 2014. Mary currently serves on the American Land Title Association’s Government Affairs, Public Relations, Registry and Research committees.
